Baltic Recruitment &Translation Services formerly known as Baltic Connections Ltd was founded by Inga Makarenko in 2005, who is originally from Latvia, but has been living in UK and Ireland for several years. Baltic R&TS is staffed by a team of professionals from different corners of Europe. Aiming to bridge the employment gap between Western and Eastern Europe we assist UK and Ireland to fill the labour and skills shortages as well as help to communicate effectively with worldwide clients in their own language.

Having a central base within Eastern Europe enables Baltic R&TS to source only top, English speaking staff from an extensive geographical area.

Employing only qualified native speakers Baltic R&TS offers high standard of translation and interpreting services.

We work with discretion and care. Quality across our whole business is crucial to keep our clients satisfied and we are working towards obtaining ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Assurance Accreditation.

With offices in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, Baltic R&TS has developed links with recruitment and translation agencies across the Baltic States. The company is presently developing a network of partner companies throughout other countries in Eastern Europe.
